The location is unbeatable, right across from Hyde Park! The breakfast buffet had freshly baked pastries and delicious organic juices. the room was a bit smaller than I expected. I had a pleasant stay! 😊

The water pressure in the shower was inconsistent, yet the air conditioning worked excellently.

The stay offered a superb breakfast and a warm welcome with the famous chocolate chip cookie at check-in. Caner's exceptional service made a lasting impression, as he ensured all our needs were met throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, but I would have preferred a bit more variety in the dining options. while parking was convenient, the check-in process felt slightly rushed, impacting the overall experience.

Had a nice one-night stay! Super comfy bed and the cookies on arrival were a sweet surprise. Just had a bit of a problem with that off-food smell in the hallway. Staff was friendly and helped me with early check-in and tips for local eats. Enjoyed in-room breakfast too!

Enjoyed a delightful 3-night stay in a spacious king room. The location was superb with easy access to tube stations. The on-site restaurant had amazing meals throughout our visit, and the warm cookies at check-in were a sweet touch. Make sure to arrive early for breakfast for better table availability.

Several issues popped up during the stay. The toiletries were bare-bones—two tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner, no cotton buds or shower cap, which felt lacking for this kind of place. The fridge was empty, not even a bottle of water, which would have been nice. we faced a mix-up with room bookings, resulting in a lengthy wait before getting into our room, alongside a rather chaotic reception experience. To top it off, noises from plumbing made showering an uncomfortable challenge. All things considered, those inconveniences took a toll on what should’ve been a smooth visit.

This hotel has a great spot, just a walk away from everything fun. I especially loved the super comfy bed and how clean my room was, just perfect after a long day.

It wasn’t exactly wallet-friendly, but still pretty good for what you get.
