Location and breakfast. All was very good.
Good choice for 3 nights. A wide range of extra supplies: a mini bar fridge, heating and a clothes-hanging unit. The place is 5 km away from London downtown. We had queen room with soundproofed windows.

Comfy bed, very clean rooms, helpful personnel. Their receptionist is the best! Popped in The Champion for shots before sleep, it was at a near distance from the venue.

Central good location with access to various transports including proximity to tube, buses and the Paddington Station. Good morning breakfast.
Sound insulation/proof of the room was bad - you could hear everything going in the corridor. Poor TV channel selection - lack Sky Sports and movie channels. Bed was very old and crampy. No fridge.

This hotel has a good location, only a two minute walk from Queensway underground station. The rooms are well equipped and the only criticism is the beds are a bit soft. We did not use the restaurant so I can't comment on that.

easy to find, in an excellent location, with a reasonable size car park (I've never fail to parkk, so far), very friendly and efficient staff, commfortable bed, clean room, excellent restaurant.

The location is great as we enjoy this part of the city with many major attractions within walking distance. Staff very helpful. Concierge a good resource.
